The Crime Info section provides citizens with access to a wealth of important crime related information.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) administers a Victim Notification Program which allows eligible victims and witnesses to obtain reliable and timely information regarding a criminal alien's release from custody. However, victims and witnesses are required to register with HSI in order to receive notification of a criminal alien's release. Additional information can be found at DHS-VINELink.

In November 2008, California voters approved Proposition 9. The title of the Proposition was the "Victim's Bill of Rights Act of 2008" or "Marsy's Law." The focus of the Act was to provide victims with rights and due process. A webpage is maintained by the Office of the Attorney General of California with information about the law, frequently asked questions, and other resources. In accordance with this Act, police officers will provide victims a pamphlet or card with the Victim's Bill of Rights on it. Click HERE to see the pamphlet.
