Information Services partners with operating departments to find and implement technological solutions to best serve our organization and the community, while maintaining a robust infrastructure to support the City's day-to-day operations. Information Services is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of all facets of the City's technology infrastructure, including computers, software, networks, telephones, data centers, and radios.      

The Information Services team is responsible for supporting our Public Safety Systems in the Police and Fire Departments, including 911 dispatch, crime data mapping, and a wide variety of specializing applications and databases to ensure Police Officers and Firefighters have the tools they need to respond quickly and effectively when working to keep the community safe.

Special Events


Additionally, Information Services plays a crucial role in supporting special events like the July 4th Independence Day parade, the Air Show, the marathon, and concerts by providing technical infrastructure and support services, ensuring seamless operations.
